ADA Policy
The resort is pleased to offer a variety of ADA compliant rooms. Bathrooms in ADA- compliant guest rooms are equipped with roll-in showers, removable shower heads, lavatory grab bars, bathtub grab bars, and roll-under bathroom sinks. ADA-compliant suites feature additional features such as roll-under kitchen sinks and ADA-height kitchen counters.
Connecting Room Policy
The resort is pleased to offer a variety of options for connecting rooms. They are available, but not always guaranteed and need to be requested. Please make your request as early as possible to ensure availability.
Extra Bedding Policy
It is our pleasure to offer rollaway beds upon request for a fee of $50 per day. Due to fire code regulations, rollaway beds cannot be placed in rooms with two queen beds.
Pet Policy
The St. Regis Deer Valley is pleased to welcome both you and your family pet. We are excited to offer as part of our pet service a St. Regis pet bed and pet bowls so that your pet can bask in the comforts of St. Regis hospitality. Please notify the Front Desk upon arrival or dial 0 and we will provide your pet a proper welcome. Please be advised that we charge a $150 non-refundable fee to your account at departure. We allow up to two pets per room, up to 30 pounds each, not to exceed the average size of a beagle. We require that all pets are on leash while in public areas of the Resort. We strongly recommend that you do not leave your pet unattended in your guest room. An unattended pet may cause a delay in daily services provided by our associates to your room. If your pet is unattended and a noise complaint is communicated to our Front Desk, your pet will likely be removed and brought to our Security Department. To arrange pet sitting and walking services please contact the Concierge. We do hope that you and your pet enjoy your stay at The St. Regis Deer Valley.

Three of Utah's most revered ski resorts are located in Park City. The St. Regis Deer Valley is located slopeside, in lower Deer Valley Resort. Park City Mountain Resort and The Canyons are also easily accessible, just minutes from the resort. Each area ski resort offers different levels and terrain; Deer Valley does not permit snowboarding, but The Canyons and Park City Mountain Resort welcome both downhill skiers and snowboarders.
St. Regis Ski Butlers are available to pick up guests' personal or rental skis, poles, and boots, and are pleased to have boots warmed and ready for skiers just before they depart for the slopes.
Our Ski Valets will assist with storing equipment for guests at any time, whether guests are taking a midday ski break, or enjoying apre ski drinks. The resort's ski "beach" is located right off of the Deer Hollow Run. A resort tradition, the "beach" offers guests a place to relax, have a bite to eat or drink, and lounge in chairs while taking in the stunning mountain views. |

Winter brings exceptional ski-in, ski-out access to Deer Valley Resort as well as access to nearby snowboarding, snowmobiling, ice skating, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing.
Spring, summer and fall bring hiking and lift-served mountain biking as well as touring around the area, scenic chair lift rides, superb fly fishing, hot air balloon rides, water sports at local reservoirs, shopping, gallery strolls, horseback riding and outdoor summer concerts.
Our Concierge staff is pleased to coordinate any recreational activities and/or transportation to each activity. Many activities will not require advance reservation with the exception of horseback riding, snowmobiling, fly fishing guided tours, concerts, and hot air ballooning. |

In total, the resort has 7,657 square feet of indoor function space and 6,000 square feet of outdoor function space. Most spaces may be configured in a variety of options.
Framed by high ceilings and dark oak millwork and lit by brass and crystal chandeliers, the elegant 2,814-square foot Astor Ballroom offers a magical setting for the grandest of gatherings. The ballroom may also be divided in half.
A prefunction area of 1,829 square feet with high ceilings is located on level one and opens on to the Astor Terrace, a 4,500-square-foot outdoor gathering space with a modern fire pit. The terrace may be beautifully tented and positioned to take advantage of the surrounding scenic beauty.
Above the Astor Terrace and off of the third level of the main Deer Crest building, the 2,500-square-foot Mountain Terrace offers a dramatic setting with a 40-foot "Garden of Fire" that frames views of Park City on one side and the resort's split-level infinity pool on the other. The Mountain Terrace makes an idea location for a cocktail reception or wedding ceremony.
The John Jacob Astor Boardroom has an executive board table with seating for 16, floor-to-ceiling windows and access to a private terrace.
